Refunds Policy for THRIVE Training Courses

At Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE, we are committed to providing high-quality professional training courses to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a participant needs to cancel their registration or seek a refund.

This refunds policy outlines the procedures and conditions regarding refunds for our training courses:

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
• Participants are eligible for a refund if they cancel their training course registration within one month before the course start date. After this time the participant may seek to transfer the place to another in their company, subject to approval from Consultinc T/A THRIVE management.
• Any cancellations after one month before the commencement will not receive a refund
2. Refund Request Process:
• To request a refund, participants must notify Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE in writing via email at paulevans@thrivehospitalitytraining.co.uk.
• Refund requests must include the participant’s name, course title, course start date, and reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Processing Time:
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after a valid refund request is received.
• The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction if possible – unless otherwise specified by the participant.
4. Refund Amount:
• The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the training course.
• A £100 processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Attendance or Partial Attendance:
• Participants who do not attend a training course without prior notice or who attend only a portion of the course are not eligible for a refund.
• Exceptions to this policy may be granted in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE management.
6. Course Cancellation:
• In the event that Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE cancels the whole training course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
• In the event that Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE cancels one unit of the training programme due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to re-partake of that unit at the next time of delivery. No refunds will be given.
• Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.
7. Transfer of Registration:
• Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future offering of the same training course, subject to availability and approval by Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE
• Participants may request to transfer their registration to another participant for a future offering of the same training course, subject to availability and approval by Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE management
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to a transfer fee of £50.

By registering for a training course with THRIVE Hospitality Training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this refund policy.
Consultinc Ltd. T/A THRIVE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
