Motivators programme (sponsored by Caterer.com and Endorsed by IoH)
Trained volunteer network from the world of work, who are passionate about their jobs, love their industry, and care about helping others. These motivators will receive training to deliver powerful presentations to the target audience.
Insititute of Hospitality endorsed
The motivators once trained, will be partnered with a school to adopt and commit to one school engagement each term (3 commitments per year) as a minimum.
The motivators will be acting as talent scouts for their business, building up a ‘talent bank’ of potential recruits for their organisations who can then recruit from when they are looking to bring in new talent. As well as schools, motivators can work with other target groups, including:
· Ex-offenders
· Parent returners to work
· Youth services
· Career changers
· Unemployed
· Military personnel leaving to return to Civic life.

We want every young person or disadvantaged adult to feel inspired about the world of work, to be motivated about working and contribute to the broader society along with becoming role models themselves

The lack of role models and mixed messages about the world of work and what next steps to take can be overwhelming for any young person.
